Dr. Javier Rodriguez, co-owner and founder, is a board certified physician fully trained in medical aesthetics and highly knowledgeable of the anatomy involved in your procedure. He is a local physician with an earned suma cum laude degree in biochemistry and molecular biology at the University of Nevada Reno and Medical Degree at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in 2016. Outside of Avionce he still enjoys practicing medicine as a Primary Care Physician overseeing over 1500 patients in the community, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Saressa Bales, is the co-owner and Manager of Avionce Aesthetics. She is a local Nevadan that graduated from the University of Nevada Reno with a degree in Health Sciences specializing in Public Health. Additionally, she holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University. Aside from Avionce, she also works in healthcare informatics with a strong management/leadership background. In her free time, she loves to travel, spend time with family and finds major interest into anything related to self-care.
